SeaChange

SeaChange is a non-profit organization I did both engineering and media work for from 2020-2022. The mobile plasma-enhanced gasification technology they’re reconfiguring to work in remote areas breaks down the hydrocarbon structure of plastics at temperatures up to 18,000°F. Thats like dropping it on the surface of the Sun. The end result is a glass that’s completely inert, non-toxic, and safe for marine life and people - and can be used to restore coral reef or build more climate-resilient infrastructure. I was able to produce a few short films to help with grant funding.
